Third Annual Wine Auction - John Shafer, owner of Shafer Winery in Napa Valley, will be the Chairman for the 2009 Wine Auction and Gala being held on November 13 & 14, 2009. The event will include an evening with John Shafer at Northampton Country Club on November 13 and a Wine Auction and Gala at the State Theatre of Easton on November 14. This event will benefit the Children's Home of Easton and the Northampton County Historical and Genealogical Society.

Funds from the Wine
Gala also strengthen the ability of The Northampton County
Historical & Genealogical
Society to preserve and share the history of our County - its origins,
its citizens and leaders, its businesses, its culture, and its
contribution to the revitalization of the community.
Last years auction included a variety of items such as vacation
packages to Sugarloaf Resort in Maine, a Key Largo Vacation Home, and
a trip to California . It included over 40 vintage
wines such as Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1982, Opus One- Napa 2003. We also had gift baskets, and diamond jewelry

Annual Golf Tournament -
The Children's Home of Easton's Annual Golf Tournament benefits
the Ruth Baumann College Scholarship Fund and provides support
for our graduating high school students attending higher education.

93rd Annual Pink Ball -
Saturday, February 20, 2010 held by the Auxiliary of the Children’s
Home. Started in 1917, this is the oldest charity ball in the area.
Come and join us for a fun-filled evening and support the Auxiliary
of the Children’s Home.
