The Children’s Home of Easton provides adoption and permanency services via the Pennsylvania Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network, also known as SWAN.

Many of our Foster Families certify with us seeking a Foster-to-Adopt opportunity. All willing foster families receive first consideration when a child they are fostering becomes eligible for permanency.

We currently provide the following SWAN services to both kids and families:

• Child Preparation

• Family Profiles

• Child Profiles

• Adoption Finalization

• Placement Services

• Child Specific Recruitment
